Since joining the team in 2011, Jemma has worked in most facets of the company from Administration to Property Management prior to taking on the management role.

Providing strategic marketing and a high level of customer support, Jemma thrives on the busy, challenging nature of her role and its constant demand for multi-tasking and strategic thinking.

With a focus on high standards in service and the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients, not only providing service, support and advice but also working behind the scenes, implementing new ideas and platforms whilst also providing a service based on ethics and incomparable communication, Jemma shares a combined goal to reach new heights as market leaders.

With a proven ability to efficiently manage and improve the day-today running of the office along with her strong organization skills and industry knowledge, Jemma is a vital element to the operation overseeing the business ensuring quality service is first and foremost and more recently, Jemma has played a crucial role in leading our rebrand in 2021.
