The story of 42 John Street, Rutherford dates back to 1974.
1974 – As a young Agent in his third year in business, Jack Peters had the pleasure of selling 42 John Street to Mr & Mrs T Kedwell for $12,000.
1993 – Nineteen years later, in 1993 Mr & Mrs Kedwell entrusted Tim Peters with the sale of their family home and successfully exceeded expectations by achieving a sale price of $100,000. Ellen Hipwell purchased the property and enjoyed many years in her home.
2021 – Fast forward to 2021, when Ellen was looking to sell 42 John Street, Peters Real Estate were thrilled to be given the opportunity. After a successful sale campaign, Jaide Van Wyck achieved a sale price of $509,781.
The journey Peters Real Estate has taken with 42 John Street, Rutherford over the past 47 years has been memorable and honourable.
